They are not able to serve food right now due to liability and other limitations. The waitress is definitely doing her best, but she is the only one for the 4 tables that are in here and the bar. I ordered a martini dirty, but they have no dry Vermoth so it is mediocre best in a low ball glass.

(Revised - improved) Went with a group of 8 on a Friday at 6:30pm while kids were occupied nearby. Service was ok, but our group ordered fewer than normal drinks as our server was less available to our table.

Ordered 5-6 food items, which took from 15-min to over an hour to come out (all ordered at the same time). Owner responded that having 5 separate checks caused issues as well as other customers being there ordered food also. We didn't request the separate checks, but our server offered and likely was easier than trying to figure out multiple cards later. They had no pizza in the turned off pizza display, which would have worked well for us. Instead, the last food item needed to be to go due to the time it took, ($9 artichoke dip in 3 separate very small containers, 2 room temperature, one cold - served in a plastic bag).

We really wanted to like this place since we're in the area so much, and because were big fans of Bar Rescue. The owner responded to my original, less favorable review, which did have me reassess some things, mostly based on "What is disappointing is at no point did you raise any concerns to our staff. In fact, tips were good so I do appreciate that for my bartender. And your group was very friendly with her as you were leaving. We pride ourselves on making something right to make sure you have a good experience; however, this is very hard to do if we don't know there's an issue real time."

This gives me reason to believe the aim is to improve and I agree knowing of problems is the only way to fix them. When your food time is an hour on a hot dip and the customer needs it to go....that's is indicator there was an issue. We don't complain or treat people badly as the common response is to have items comped. I'd have said something, but comped food wasn't the goal. I also suspect someone asking to have their food to go after an hour indicated it was not a good experience. We enjoyed our time with friends, threw away the artichoke dip that was paid for, left the fries that took just under an hour, tipped well and were respectful. Just wont be back! I hope others don't share the same experience so they may become repeat customers.

Not a bad place if you’re into playing pool and having a drink. Poker and pool league is also played here as well. Located in the older downtown Castle Rock area behind the McDonalds. Pool league is available.

Fun place to hear live music & shoot pool. Friday Night's are very busy & loud. Hard to hear people sitting next to you.
The set-up to get drinks is not ideal. No server - Having to go up to the Bar & stand in a single line while weaving thru between people is no fun

The Staff was very nice & the Beer selection was good.
Recommend the Crudité platter & a flight of Beers...

This place was awesome! My buddy had a wedding in Castle Rock and a small group of us came here after for a night cap. What we figured would be a quick stop and drink turned into a late night of karaoke and laughs.

This place takes their karaoke seriously! Don't come here if you want to mess around - every single person we saw get on stage absolutely crushed the song they were singing. My wife let me enter her name into the list and she killed it too. Overall it was a very inviting atmosphere and everyone we met was very nice. We will absolutely be back the next time we are in town. ?‍?

Great "new" taproom on the West side! Decor and vibe are much improved from the last bar here, with a great beer selection plus pool tables, darts and shuffleboard. Now my go-to spot on NFL Sunday, but also plan to check out their live music nights. The staff is super friendly and helpful, Maria the owner actually climbed up on a chair to get a TV setup for my team!

Kitchen was broken causing smoke to fill the room,not as pictured, staff busy talking to what I assumed are regulars and took 15 minutes before the bar tender acknowledged we were sitting at the bar. Won’t be back

Love Colorado Cork and Keg! Great selection of beers, pool tables and even shuffleboard! They're open late and are always extremely upbeat. Don't miss out on Bingo Night!
