The service, the food, the drinks and the atmosphere were great do not hesitate! Chuck was absolutely fantastic, super accommodating as we arrived with two dogs and he helped arrange the tables, wiped them down, Greeted us and was chatting straight away, which is very nice he even went and got an umbrella plus a stand so we weren’t sitting in the sun-super accommodating and very friendly. Chuck even got a Chuck even got a bowl of water for the dogs So they could wet their whistle. lol. Adorable Abbey was our server she made several suggestions which were spot on all the food and it was was fantastic. She too, was very friendly and sociable and funny making for a nice afternoon among four friends. The drinks were excellent and the service was A++. Several patrons were leaving saying goodbye to the employees by first name which always makes you feel like it’s a warm and welcoming environment and a local favorite-Fantastic place! Thank you for a nice afternoon from Craig, Jill, Robbie, Laura, Nikita and Bo Jangles. The pups approve of the dog patio Chuck put together . Thank you Chuck ‘The Bear Wrangler’ and Abbey. Be sure to ask how Chuck saved the day for six groups of patrons that were surprised at a real black bear patio pop in.

I'm normally understanding with restaurants as I've always worked in front of house such as wait staff, bartending, etc.

To start, we waited way too long at the hostess table. They weren't even busy- just to be told by 2 different staff members they would be right with us.

Our waitress, Sam, could tell we were unhappy with our food and did not try to fix anything with us. She wrote us off as soon as we got in there. We then had to track her down just to pay.

Our food was awful. It had been sitting in the window and went dry and gross. I ordered the crispy broccoli, which was fried. No where on the menu did it say I was being served breaded and fried broccoli with ranch dressing.

I once ate a nugget of weed because I was scared about the cops and this is what that tasted like. #trauma

The mimosa was the only good thing because it was straight champagne with a whisper of juice that the waiter took 20 minutes to awkwardly open.

Never again.

Great place to enjoy part of your weekend with the new brunch menu. We get to see Detroit battle Minnisota, too. Never a disappointment here.

We were traveling and looking for something not fast food but has available parking close by for a large truck.
We came across this Bistro and so happy we tried it out. Because it is in downtown there is typically very little parking options but we were able to park in the library parking down the street a little.
Their menu is small & a little pricey but full of punch. They have multiple 'small dish' options or starters but maybe 6-8 entrees (if I remember correctly)
Our service was great and the food was fantastic.
We got the pork chop with apple chutney and the halibut. Super good!

The portions of food are great, the side of macaroni is huge! My drink actually had a decent amount of alcohol in it unlike every other restaurant I've been to. I went in the afternoon and the music wasn't loud so I could actually unwind with my partner before his work and the service was excellent. This is my new favorite place for nice occasions out. I hardly even like most salads because I'm extremely picky and it was amazing.

My friend and I chose Union for our girl's night out. We love to choose restaurants that have unique character. We were not disappointed at Union. Their food and drinks are absolutely amazing. The wait staff are extremely professional and friendly. The atmosphere is fantastic, not loud and crowded at all. Thank you Union, keep up the great work!

We just enjoyed a great Happy Hour at Union in Castle Rock! Our server Brandon was wonderful… he offered great suggestions, our drinks were replenished often, food came quickly, and we didn’t feel rushed at all. The Happy Hour food is definitely worth exploring as you enjoy the drink specials. Next time I’m in Castle Rock (on my way from Denver to the Springs), we’ll be back to Union! Thanks guys!

The cool thing about this place is their "little plates." Smaller portions of super-creative dishes that you can share or maybe choose 2 or 3 of them as your meal. Parking is getting a little crazy in CR, and these guys are conveniently right across the street from the new parking garage.
