We had a wonderful time at this beautiful hotel and its adjacent properties and amenities. Stunning location, grounds are just lovely. Our room was clean and beautiful. The restaurant, pool, gardens, and onsite wine tasting opportunities were amazing! Thank you so much.

What a beautiful inn. We saw that the Ponte Vineyard Inn was highly rated on TripAdvisor and we were not disappointed. The Inn is a beautiful facility. We ate in two of the restaurants and the food and service was outstanding. The rooms are a nice size and the bathroom / shower was excellent. We had a patio looking out on the vineyard. It's a wonderful experience and my friend and I are so glad we booked at this inn.

I absolutely loved our stay here. The restaurants and cellar are superb. The wine was so fresh and delicious. And the service was exceptional.

I love that they are kid-friendly as far as wineries go. You can sit at any table with your kids, there's a swimming pool with a bar/food to order, and a pack n play available upon request.

The whirlpool washer and dryer available to guests was so convenient. They have detergent complimentary and wool dryer balls.

We will be back again.

STAY AWAY!!! So we stayed here this last weekend for a wedding for 2 nights. We came back the second night at 11:30pm and to our dismay, the whole room was never cleaned up. No new towels. Nothing cleaned up from room service. Nothing. I complained at the front desk and they offered $100. We paid over $400 a night and this place can't clean up the rooms WTH!!!! They said it was because of covid we didn't do that and guests like not having their rooms cleaned! I was in shock. They don't tell you this upon check-in nor do they tell you this in documents in the room itself. They claim its on their website and email. Whatever. They are just hiding doing this because they put it there rather than tell guests and be upfront about it. Who wants to stay in a hotel room that has the smell of leftover food in the room? They refused to refund me and Caitlin the manager refused to let me speak with the owner of Ponte Vineyard Inn! Ridiculous.||Bottom line: If you want to pay over $400 a night and not get your room cleaned, stay here!! STAY AWAY!!!! Very shady way of operating a hotel.

Our family stayed her for a wedding and had a fantastic time. The hotel has a very relaxing and quiet atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and very clean and well maintained. You always saw team members around tending to the grounds and enhancing the property. The pool area was great with lots of shade. They had table tennis and putting green which my son enjoyed. 1 of the days for over an hour we had the entire pool to ourselves. Dinning options were a little limited during the morning and early afternoon mid week, but otherwise were pretty good. Big shout out to Samantha at the front desk who was able to find my wife’s wedding ring we left behind and had them at the front desk when we came back and a big thank you to Kayla at the bouquet restaurant in the mornings for always being so friendly, inviting and attentive. We really enjoyed our time here at this hidden gem in Temecula.

We enjoyed our suite - clean and very comfortable. The restaurant was unfortunately poor and put a damper on our stay. The first night, the server was odd and called us “my friends” every time he came to our table but no true communication. The entrees arrived when we were only half done with our salads. My halibut was overcooked as were the shrimp and scallops in my husband’s dish. We felt the bill was outrageous given the quality and service. The second morning we arrived to an essentially empty restaurant for breakfast and were told there was a 25-30 minute wait for a table because the servers were fully taken. We had an appointment so unable to wait and ended eating prepackaged cheese and meat from the small lobby shop! We opted to stay here for the convenience of the restaurant but I would give the restaurant one star.

We made a last minute decision to stay at Ponte Vineyard and were not disappointed! Staff greeted us with a glass of sparkling wine while they handled checkin for us. The room was spacious with a view of the vineyards. Restaurant staff were attentive and helpful.

The grounds in general were lovely and well cultivated, with roses, mature trees in areas and of course grape vines everywhere. While we didn't see any weddings in progress, looks like they have a couple nice wedding venues as well. It is a short walk from the hotel over to the tasting room.

The pool has a bar and food service, and the pool itself was not crowded while we were there.

We were lucky to find the Ponte and will def be back.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The amenities, the staff, and the room were all top-notch. The only minor issue was that our room wasn't ready until 3:45, even though we arrived at 2 and expected to check in at 3. Nonetheless, we will definitely be visiting again soon. Our only regret is not booking for an extra day, but we already had other plans.
