Love love, went to dinner here Friday for my birthday and everything was amazing ! Literally everything that we ordered was delicious and so good. Service was on point, Timmy was great. We actually we back a second time 2 days later and everything was just as amazing! I will return here everytime I come to Vegas!!!!

This was a fantastic experience. We loved the atomsphere. Unquestionably old Vegas ambience. The service was absolutely incredible. We wanted for nothing and never waited a second to get what we requested. The food is phenomenal. Be forewarned.... the portion sizes are huge. We definitely over ordered. The crab cakes and meatball apps we not only delicious but very filling. My husband had the Chicken Parm and I had the Chicken Carciofi. Both were supurb! I also ordered the broccolini. Tender, savory and garlicy. Perfection! Next trip to Vegas we'll definitely return to Pieros.

As someone with an extensive background as a fine dining GM and a successful executive chef for a husband, I had high expectations for Piero’s, especially given its reputation. A group of us were in town for a big convention and thought this would be a great place for dinner. But from the moment we walked in, we felt judged due to our casual attire, as though assumptions were made about us as guests.

While the ambiance was pleasant, the service left much to be desired. We were seated in the middle of the dining room, which would’ve been fine if we hadn’t been repeatedly bumped by server assistants with no apologies or acknowledgment. Additionally, basic fine dining etiquette was lacking: our wine presentation was sloppy, service steps were incorrect, and our drinks were left empty far too often. Joe, our server, was wonderful and delivered excellent service, but unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to make up for the rest.

The food itself was hit or miss. The charcuterie board was excellent, but my Truffle Pasta was underwhelming, lacking the rich truffle flavor I’d anticipated. Not worth the money.

Finally, interactions with other staff members, particularly the hostesses, were disappointing. Basic courtesy like giving the right of way or acknowledging guests seemed overlooked. For a restaurant at this price point with strong reviews, I expected much better.

In a city that is constantly rebranding and reinventing itself, Piero's is a pleasant constant for the last 42 years and counting. The hours are very limited as they only serve dinner, and reservation is borderline required. The joint is big with two bars, multiple dining rooms, and loud music, not a place for the meek. The menu can be overwhelming with the selection and price. Portions are too big and cost way too much, but the customers know that. A unique experience that should be sampled as it harkens back to a different era in Vegas.

We loved Piero's!! My husband and I spent our 5 year anniversary in Las Vegas and wanted Italian for our dinner. We made reservations at Piero's for 8:30. We arrived 45 mins early and they already had our table waiting for us. Marty was amazing with helping us to decide what kind of wine we wanted and just general knowledge of the menu! We received the absolute BEST service, and the food was AMAZING!! We had the ceasar salad, green salad, veal parmigiana with mushrooms, and rigatoni bolognese. We will definitely return when we go back to Vegas!
