We recently ate dinner at Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano at Disney's Hollywood Studios, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We ordered the Prosciutto & Honey Pizza, kids Chicken Parmigiana over Spaghetti, kids buttered noodles, and the Mama's Italian Pasta with shrimp. Every dish was cooked to absolute perfection. The flavors were rich and authentic, and the Prosciutto and Honey Pizza was a true standout, thanks to our wonderful waitress' recommendation!!

The service was impeccable. Our waitress was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, & took the time to explain every menu item in detail, making sure we felt confident in our choices. The atmosphere transported us to an old-world Italian restaurant, with a cozy, welcoming vibe that was perfect for our family. It was a great spot for the kids, who loved their meals as much as we did. they said this was the best butter noodles they had in their life. Lol.

Overall, Mama Melrose's delivered on both food and ambiance, making it a must-visit for anyone looking for a delicious, memorable meal in the heart of Disney. We can't recommend it highly enough! Five stars!

A cozy Italian restaurant located deep within Muppet Courtyard. It’s right outside the exit from MuppetVision 3D and has the vibe of a typical American Italian restaurant you’d see in a city. The service was nothing remarkable, but they got our food in a quick and timely manner.

The food here is high-priced, but normal under Disney standards. My fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp had a decent amount of flavor, but there’s nothing special about it. The same goes with the cheese bread appetizer. Overall, this is a decent restaurant, but wouldn’t really be a must do at Hollywood Studios. Go to Sci-fi or 50s Prime Time for a truly remarkable experience.

We made a reservation on line so we got right in. Atmosphere is lively soft music place in the background as you eat. The place is cozy and the service is quick. We only waited for about 10 minutes for the food to be served. Everyone really enjoyed their meals including each one of my kids who are very picky eaters. I prefer this restaurant over most of the ones here at Disney.

We had an excellent family dinner at Mama Meltose. The service was amazing and we had a great experience.

We started with a basket of Italian rolls, which was very nice. Our dinner order included a cheese pizza and two chicken parmesan. Each dish was very flavorful and I would say it is a bit more upscale than a chain restaurant would be. The portions were large and the restaurant had a great ambiance.

We had a spaghetti and meatball cupcake and cannolis for dessert. The spaghetti and meatball cupcake is a creative usage of buttercream icing to replicate spaghetti and meatball on a chocolate cupcake. The cannolis were good but could have been a bit fresher. That was understandable due to the recent weather events in Florida. It wasn’t by any means a deal breaker, we would go back to this restaurant in a heartbeat.

OMG we loved it! Service was great, its cozy with all the little romantic lights. A great place to eat and chill out, Disney’s hidden gem!
Try the cesar salad! I had the ham honey pizza and omg YES! So
Good! Tiramisu mmmmmm ? also, it’s best to have a reservation beforehand through the Disney app.

Ps: In the USA make sure to tip 20% for anyone who is visiting from overseas.
