I can to get my graduation nails for the first time, when I tell you he did an amazing job, he did fantastic. The service was 1 and a half hours long he was very quick with it and gentle with my fingers, Tom is very friendly and such a great nail artist I will definitely be coming back next time!

* 3 week update* because my toenails were cut crooked and the ingrown side 'skin' wasnt trimmed properly on my toes- I started developing an ingrown toe nail on my left big toe. I added a photo of the piece i trimmed myself since I knew if i waited it was going to be more painful. I also added a photo of my crooked toe nail so you can see how it looks after 3 weeks. My nail health still hasnt recovered!

- after initial experience i did go back 2 days later. The owner Tom was rude but he did completely redo my manicure/pedi (as far as cuticle and nail prep). But since I waited 2 days for it to be fixed..I did ask for a partial refund. He refused unless I gave up getting my nails painted... So I got 10$ back and he joked that I should change my review!
I WILL NOT! If your not getting acrylics from Tom- i suggest you go elsewhere. Poorly trained workers here- store wasnt busy and service was terrible, condescending behavior when I wasnt the one who messed up.

Came in for a dip removal and basic mani & pedicure with gel removal. I called ahead and there was no wait time.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend anyone coming to this salon. She left my old polish all over my toes!
My hands are a mess: they didnt cut my cuticles on my hands fully (theres chunks of uneven all over), leftover dip polish on the edges and under my nails, and when my cuticle tore because of filing- she didnt trim it to fix it.
I actually just paid and left- didnt let them paint because of how the service was going. I also didn't say anything because I was tired and wanted to leave. 70$ for service. I didnt notice all the issues right away besides the cuticles. Regardless I did ask her to fix it during my appt and she didnt.

Today was my first time at Better Nails. Tom was very quick, friendly, and efficient. He did a great job on my nails and I plan to go back. I highly recommend this nail salon- Better Nails!

Not very detailed. Spent too much time on the massage and did not clean up dead skin or paint thoroughly. Nice guy but I am not happy.

I love Better Nails. They fit me in last minute and stayed late to make sure my nails were done. I went there for a fill because I had gone to another nail salon and my nails looked terrible! After seeing Tom I was so happy with my nails. He took his time and made them beautiful!! I also got the best pedicure as well. Ken took his time and almost put me to sleep with his foot massage. I am so happy a friend recommended Better Nails. They have affordable prices and I’ll definitely be going back!

I’ve been coming to Better Nails a little over a year now and I leave more than satisfied every single time. The staff is very friendly, very open to listening to what it is you want and getting it right. I came in a bit late today for some last minute nails and Tom didn’t rush through the process one bit. He took his time, met my nail needs and sent me off with a beautiful set! 10/10 recommend Better Nails as your spot!
