ABC Liquors has a great selection of spirits and some good promotions, but the customer service was one of the worst I’ve experienced. I went to buy cigars and whiskey. I heard the manager sent someone to follow me around inside the humidor, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Don’t do that to customers. I understand the need to prevent theft, but there are better ways to secure merchandise, like using cameras. The experience was so unpleasant that I left without buying cigars and ended up going elsewhere. I won’t be returning—Total Wine down the road offers a much better experience.

We went into this store for only the second time since we moved here and will now make it a go-to place to shop for wines. We'd been to Total Wines up the street, looking specifically for a wine that they stock according to their website. We'd searched but couldn't find it, finally found an employee to ask and her suggestion, "Download the app...each store carries different stock and this store does NOT have that wine." Never bothered to check to see if one of the other locations might have it...never offered to help us with the app...didn't bother to ask WHY this particular wine was a favorite OR could she suggest something similar. She WAS a bit surprised when we walked out buying nothing. WHY do I tell this story? Because, even though our sought after wine was NOT listed for sale at ABC we decided to stop by anyway. The wine clerk not only looked up our wine(sadly they do not sell it) BUT she asked "tell me what you love about it...tell me where it's from...maybe I can help you find something you'll like as well." She spent her time and effort and suggested, based on our answers, two others wines which WE DID BUY!

Thanks to the ABC store and their wine clerk for making this a pleasant experience. Here's hoping her suggestions prove to be favorites of ours!

I’ve been coming here for years, even before the layout changed. I’ve never witnessed such horrible customer service. Her name tag showed “temp” and her wig is tired looking, I witnessed her not even ID the person infront of us. But requested for my girlfriend and I to show our id’s. While my gf had hers. Mine was left at home. I went to get it and she sent back the bottles to the shelves and while I asked politely if she held it. I was told that “ I better go get it.” I say all this to say. Please hire people that show great signs of customer service.

The customer service is terrible…. I asked the lady to help me to find a bottle of wine and she with bad actitud answered I need to look around and try to find it before I ask ? even with what happened before after I payed I said thank you and she didn’t say a word back ?.
My question is… is she there only for cashier? There are a lot of people looking for the opportunity to work and I’m sure with better mood

The store puts customer information at risk by asking for their cell phone number verbally in front of other customers who can hear it. They should adopt that the customer enters their number manually.

I shop the ABC Fine Wine & Spirits on Pines Ave on a regular basis mostly for my "spirits" as it is convenient for me, their selection and prices are good.

However the customer service in this location is horrible especially at check out! NO ONE ever greets you when you walk in, smiles at you when checking out or thanks you when you leave. And even though there is always lot of staff on hand, most of them are working the floor or stocking the shelves.

The staff at check out are usually talking to another staff member and don't pay you much attention if any. And there are not enough of them working the registers (they have at least 6 of them) in order to expeditiously take your money and send you on your way!

Customer service at ABC (at least this location) is not a priority. Next time I need to stock my bar, I think I'll drive to the nearest Big Daddy's or Total Wine. #ABCFineWine

A very nasty place to go in the heart of Pembroke Pines where the community is strong we have a whole bunch of immature grown adults that do not know how to conduct business properly yelling around customers about other things that aren’t work related they don’t check ids it’s just a uncomfortable and unpleasant place to be and the women working there are bitter and don’t present themselves correctly real smelly and they body face looks unpleasant we pay them and this is how they repay us I know abc has better representation
