My wife and I finally decided to try the Flemings in Las Olas and it didn’t not disappoint! The look of the restaurant and the quality of the food is definitely 5 stars as expected. The service and management were extremely friendly and always passing by the table. We loved the scenery the food that ribeye was incredible and cooked perfectly. My son was enjoying the whole venue and enjoyed the asparagus and the dessert! The parking was super close and convenient. We will be visiting again!

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse in Fort Lauderdale has always been a favorite of mine, but ever since Freddy took over as the manager, the experience has elevated to a whole new level. Freddy is, hands down, the best manager I’ve ever encountered. His attention to detail, welcoming demeanor, and dedication to customer satisfaction are unmatched.

The quality of the food has always been top-notch, but now the service has caught up to that high standard. Every time I visit, I notice the difference in the atmosphere and the impeccable service. Freddy ensures that every guest feels like a VIP, and his team is always on point.

From the perfectly cooked steaks to the delightful sides and desserts, dining at Fleming’s is an absolute pleasure. Whether you're there for a special occasion or just a night out, you can expect an unforgettable experience, thanks to Freddy and his outstanding team. If you haven’t been to Fleming’s since Freddy took over, do yourself a favor and make a reservation. You won’t be disappointed!

First and foremost this place was absolutely amazing. My Wife and I visited Florida for the first time for our anniversary celebration and when we arrived we had a card telling us happy anniversary. Every staff member that walked past our table or delivered food also told us happy anniversary. It was such a great experience and everyone was really nice. We got the Tomahawk Tuesday meal and the steak was absolutely one of the best steaks I've had. It was cooked just right and had great flavor with out the sauces that came with the steak(wasn't a fan of the green sauce lol). We had a loaded baked potato and mac & cheese. My wife loved the mac, I wasn't a hug fan because it was little spicy, but that on me not the restaurant. I would definitely check this place out if you are in town it's a place you don't wanna pass up. They also had a live violinist there and that dude was absolutely awesome. He even played a song from Prince (my wife is a die hard fan) that she requested and dude totally did an amazing job. Hands down, this place is a great experience overall. When I come back to Ft Lauderdale FL again...imma stop here to try other steaks they got on the menu!

For me, this is a local spot that I have walked by many times. Today was my awakening. This place is great. The staff was super. Informative, not pressure style, informative and friendly. The food was amazing. We had the mushroom soup thanks to the staff recommendations, and it was delicious. Filet mignon was soft, juicy, and most importantly, so flavourful. The sides were just right. I know it sounds like I am paid. But this was a great experience. Will be back with friends and family.

As fine dining aficionados and unapologetic foodies, we wanted something special to celebrate our ten year anniversary. Fleming's at Las Olas is new-ish and without a ton of reviews but we decided to take a stab at it.

We showed up for our dinner reservations on time and were greeted amicably by the hostess and taken to our table. Here's where things get interesting: A solid 15 minute wait at the table and no one showed up to wait on us (probably a slight disconnect between the hostess and waitstaff - it was a busy night in general with a very large party upstairs) and hey, hiccups do happen even to the best of us.

Either way we were just relaxing and having a good time talking to each other and taking in the beautiful establishment.

Enter Freddy: The masterful manager approached us and I told him with no heat that we were waiting on someone to help us for a while. Apparently I had uttered some sort of a magic password to the ultimate experience in customer service and culinary pleasure. Freddy leapt into action and deftly took over the situation. He immediately bought over couple of drinks on the house and some champagne (for the occasion). Not just that, while he went to do so, he reappeared not just with the drinks but TWO members from his fantastic waitstaff to wait on us!

Alvaro and Ronnie were both absolutely terrific. Both professional and super courteous, Alvaro served up a small tray of various salts and high end butters to use with the various items we would order (how cool is that?) and Ronnie expertly gauged the timing of all the dishes we ordered and bought them out with precision as we finished each course from start to finish all the while being extremely pleasant to be served by.

In the middle of the meal when Ronnie sensed that there was a moment to spare he bought an instant camera to the table and offered to take a picture and print it for us. That was a seriously fantastic touch. We now have something to remember Fleming's extremely fondly by and revisit at every opportunity.

That apart, the waiters and waitresses in the passing who were assigned other sections wished us the best and it elevated the whole atmosphere. Talk about elevated teamwork.

I'm not going to ramble about the food - the food is absolutely top notch. Steaks seasoned and cooked to perfection (as a steak person it feels this was broiled at high temp), seabass (who'd think a steakhouse would cook a seabass better than a high end seafood restaurant?), appetizers, dessert were easily 10/10.

We were not going to pass up on the Japanese A5 Wagyu - one of the most delectable cuts of meat to walk (when it was alive) the earth. While we were thoroughly enjoying this beautiful cut, Freddy who was checking in on us regularly to make really personable conversation that we enjoyed (a master at work) bought out a glass of fantastic red wine to help complement the A5.

Wrap all of the above in a nice little bow and offer us a beautiful box of truffled chocolates as an anniversary gift - I mean, this gentleman does walk a fine line between perfection and overkill delivering what turned out to be our best dining experience anywhere, by a very long shot. Thank you guys for making our anniversary truly special.

Loved the quality of food here & the prices weren't all that bad either. Came here for a buddies birthday and had the NY Strip along with the potatoes, brussel sprouts, and mac & cheese. Overall great experience and delicious food!

Update: came again to try out more food and sides - everything was delicious. They have a great happy hour, as well!

Fun and refreshing food. We went for lunch one day, have never tried this brand before. I loved the food and the vibes. Service was good and intuitive. Seafood was fresh and delish. Also having fun waking down the block at Las O Las too, great location. Saw the lunch menu, pretty reasonable price. We ended up getting the seafood tower which they have a great price here. All and all, I love this place.

Dining at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse was a treat from start to finish. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with a warm, inviting ambiance and exceptional service that made us feel right at home. The star of the show, of course, was the food. Fleming’s does steak like no other. We opted for the Prime New York Strip, which was cooked to absolute perfection—crisp on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. The flavor was outstanding, and the steak was so tender it practically melted in your mouth. We also tried the lobster mac and cheese as a side, which was creamy, decadent, and a perfect complement to the meal.

What really sets Fleming’s apart is the attention to detail. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and had fantastic recommendations for wine pairings, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The wine list is extensive, with options to suit every palate, and the signature cocktails were crafted with care and quality ingredients.

In short, Fleming’s is a steakhouse that delivers on every level—delicious food, excellent service, and a memorable atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a perfect evening out!
